The Role:

You will be responsible for supporting the wider team, preparing for and supporting installations. You will support
collection and delivery of stock from depots to various customer and clients sites, loading and unloading of stock in
a safe and efficient manner and assisting with instillations as and where required. The split of duties will vary
subject to business needs but is anticipated to be formed of approximately 60% stock control duties and 40%
technician (on site) duties, on average.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

  • Ordering of goods and managing stock levels
  • Prepare all goods required for installations as requested by surveyors
  • Responsible for the delivery of materials and preparation for installations
  • Deliver goods to site ready for installations
  • Remove waste from site and dispose at local depot skip
  • Assist in installations on residential and commercial sites where required
  • Manage delivery and collection of hire goods
  • Work as part of a wider team with office and field staff
  • Support with service calls
  • Take pride in your own work and always support the companies’ brand image
  • Always ensure high standard of workmanship
  • Demonstrate excellent personal organisation and adherence to processes
  • Maintain own admin and compliance duties within company timelines
  • Ensure maintenance of FCA & PRA compliance
  • Work to internal Service Level Agreements and Team targets

Essential/Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes:

  • Proven experience in the glazing/building industrY
  • Administrative and computer skills
  • Driving license
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics
  • Physically fit for the role
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
  • Must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
