Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with outbound marketing campaigns to generate new business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and property portfolios.
  • Utilize business insights to identify potential risks and propose tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on daily activations and inbound leads to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Support customer retention efforts by engaging with customers approaching contract renewal.
  • Handle inbound service cancellation requests, offering retention proposals to maintain revenue.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to provide quotations, administrative support, and customer engagement.

Accountabilities

  • Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Understand customer needs to propose accurate and effective solutions.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and services.
  • Assist in debt management by escalating relevant issues to Credit Control.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Key Performance Metrics

  • Outbound call volumes.
  • New prospect accounts created in CRM.
  • Number of qualified meetings arranged.
  • Conversion rate of inbound leads.
  • Revenue growth and retention success.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management and outbound sales.
  • Background in a KPI-driven sales environment focused on new business revenue.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Knowledge of the security industry and vacant property solutions.
